Please complete the below to the best of your ability. This will enable us to start the process of incorporating a C-Corporation in the United States.

1. Name of the company to be incorporated*

Must include one of the words ”Incorporated”, ”Limited”, ”Company”, ”Corporation”, or abbreviations of these (“Inc.”, ”Ltd”., ”Co.”, ”Corp.”). Which one you elect is a matter of taste. They all reflect the same type of legal entity. Choose 3 different names in case the first choice is already unavailable.
2. State of Incorporation*

In most cases we recommend Delaware. Other states may be appropriate depending on the circumstances. A final determination will be made after discussion with us.

This information is required by every state in order to ensure that there is someone within the state that can be served legal documents, if needed. If you do not have a person living within the state of incorporation that can serve as ”registered agent”, there are companies offering the service of acting as your ”registered agent” for a typical annual fee of around $175-$300. We will set you up with one in connection with incorporation and, as applicable, qualification of the company in any other state.
