The attorneys and support staff of our law firm are equipped with unparalleled and unique cross-cultural understanding and expertise, accumulated from over 30 years of focus on providing legal and business strategic advice to Swedish and other foreign based companies doing business in the U.S. Our Principal Attorney, Annette Gustafsson Guenther, has spent most of her life with one foot in the U.S. and one in Sweden, with law degrees (J.D.) earned and offices in both countries. After decades of focusing on serving Swedish and other European companies doing business in the U.S., she has a unique high level of understanding of differing U.S. legal and business practices.
