We think outside the box while working inside the parameters of the constantly changing, strictly mandated immigration policies and regulations. Our attorneys are all members of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA), a national association of more than 8,800 immigration attorneys and law professors. We make it our priority to stay on top of the latest news and information affecting our clients' cases. We make use of AILA's instrumental liaison department and benefit from their aggressive lobbying efforts in Congress on behalf of our clients.

Scandinavian Ties

Our practice concentrates heavily on assisting U.S. corporations with ties to Scandinavia, with approximately 70% of our clientele made up of Swedish related companies and individuals. Our firm has extensive experience processing both non-immigrant and immigrant visas at the U.S. Embassies throughout Scandinavia. The principal of our firm, Annette Gustafsson Guenther, also frequently provides counsel and acts as a resource to other immigration attorneys relating to the visa application process at the U.S. Embassy in Stockholm.

All of our attorneys and paralegals have lived, worked and/or studied in Europe, a majority in Sweden, giving us the unique ability to provide services that greatly emphasize plans and solutions that take into account legal as well as cultural differences in doing business in the U.S. vs. Sweden and Europe as a whole.
